Do my clients need to create an account?

No! Clients access their submission portal via a unique magic link. No account or password required.

What file types can clients upload?

Clients can upload most common file types including PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), documents (DOC, DOCX), and spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX).

How secure are uploaded files?

All files are stored securely with encryption. Each drop has a unique, unguessable access token.

Can I send reminders to clients?

Yes! You can manually send reminder emails from the drop detail page, or set up automatic reminders.
